When entering the information for all the waypoints can easily write error occur, or the text is to be changed, etc.

This is possible without major problems. Also pictures can be edited, replaced or added.
Only the structure of the file must not be changed.

But before anything is changed, always create them from the file or image a backup!

File Structure
The created GPX file based on the general XML standard and is used for storing GPS data. The data format was developed by the company TopoGrafix.
With usual track browsers a recorded route can be reproduced statically (represented by the stored Geopoints). The waypoints are marked, and the name is displayed.
This app is much more comfortable and includes a comprehensive browser. The file created here can also be represented by conventional track browsers. That's why it was created in GPX_Format.

The data are included in so-called TAGs.

On the left side you will find the beginning of the file to the example shown on the homepage site.

Before the data of all Geopoints are specified, all waypoints are shown at the beginning
Each waypoint is included in the TAGS <wpt ....> and </ wpt>.
Warning: These waypoints are only to mark in the static display in conventional track browsers. Here appears the text between the tags <name> and  </ name>. When using the app's own display, they are irrelevant.

When using the app's display the changes directly in the stored Geopoints (trackpoint) must be made.
A waypoint is shown by the fact that it contains in addition to a normal trackpoint following TAGS (in this order):
<name>name or description</name>
<pic>picture-name</pic>    note: not defined in GPX standard.

The text between the TAGs can be changed.

If only a photo taken without generating a pause, then a so-called picturepoint is generated.
In this case, there are the following additional TAGs:
<name>name or description</name>
<pic>picture-name</pic>    note: not defined in GPX standard.

In addition to the image the time is then displayed too.
If between <name> and </name> a text is input, then it is shown in addition to the time.
Should be done no indication other than the image, it is between inserted <name> and </ name> 'no' (<name>no</name>).

Also, an image can be easily inserted into an existing waypoint.
Simply copy the image to the appropriate folder as a jpg file and the name between the TAGs <pic> and </pic> write.

Possibility to access the files

Under Windows can easily be accessed via USB to the files.
First connect the smartphone with the Windows PC via USB.
Then start the Windows Explorer.
